Comfortable and quiet location, stuff who worked at reception on 14.05 was a friendly guy, check-it was super fast and smoothly. Will be back again! Well done!

The location was absolutely perfect! It’s so close to Friedrichshain and Kreuzberg and just moments away from East Side Gallery. Transportation is easy (even for a non-German speaking traveller) and it was central to all my needs. The staff are all super friendly and helpful and are willing to go over and above for any need you have! I even had to organise a taxi for 4.30am checkout which they did for me, the 24hr front desk staff are absolute angels. The room is gorgeous and clean and there is daily room attendants who ensure to maintain the room to the highest standard throughout your stay.

The hotel offers a lot at a good price, we especially loved the location in an interesting area of Berlin that is well connected for visiting the city, near the river and full of bars, restaurants and clubs. It’s like 3 minutes walking from the East Side Gallery. We took advantage of the opportunity to rent bikes on site so we made the route of the Wall and ended it right at the hotel. The room was comfortable and well organized. Kind staff.

the bed was super comfortable. loved the pillows. air con was amazing as well, kept the room perfect temperature at all times. the staff at reception was really welcoming upon arrival as well. i came for a concert, and the location is just perfect for that. being 2 minutes away from the mercedes benz arena made it so much easier to come back home late at night. you just cross the street, take the elevator and fall into your cosy bed. i really appreciated that.

Located a few min walk to the train station and East Side Berlin wall, the hotel is definitely located in easily accessible area. The bed is quite comfortable and wifi range is pretty strong too. The front desk runs 24/7 and you could ask shampoo/toothbrush at the counter. There are a lot of eateries around the hotel and even a few shopping malls. I definitely recommend trying ALEX (a short distance walk) for buffet brunch.

Easy checkin and checkout, very friendly staff. Extremely quiet room, you couldn't hear anything basically. Free tea and coffee in room along with a small electric kettle was a really nice added bonus.

I stayed here for one night and overall I was very satisfied with the hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms, very near to Warschauer Strasse station which gets you to the city centre in 15 minutes and close to the hip neighbourhood of Friedrischain, full of bars, cafes and restaurants. Would recommend!

The room wasn't very big, but as we had a firm program throughout the weekend ( arrived saturday and had an Ateez concert to attend to in the arena nextdoor sunday evening) and really needed just a place to sleep and drop off baggage without stressing about transport and food, it exceeded our needs. My coffee-monster of a boyfriend was super happy with the complimentary coffee and kettle setup and the aircondition was much appreciated by us both. The staff was always happy to greet and smile back and I will ABSOLUTELY be booking with Holiday Inn again next time, if we're in need of a comfortable place next to the Mercedes-Benz Arena.

The location was near to the destinations I needed to visit in Berlin. We did not have breakfast in the hotel as we could get out breakfast at food outlets nearby. It would be good if the room had a fridge and some cable TV or inhouse movie channel. We only watched BBC as it was the only English-speaking channel.

First of all, great location on the border of two interesting districts, good communication with the rest of the city, proximity to the shopping center if you need it - it is useful for parking the hotel has a limited number of parking spaces, friendly staff, cleanliness - the hotel is relatively new
